Collaborative Learning Project. ‘Supporting a cooperative network of teaching professionals throughout the European Union to support inclusive education and develop and disseminate accessible teaching materials in all subject areas and for all ages. The project started in 1983 and was supported by the Inner London Education Authority. It is a teacher network. Activities take time to make but teachers are happy to share them to inspire others to work in a similar way. Our aim was to provide activities that would benefit all children, while at the same time provide scaffolding for learning English. Collaborative activities are vital for children learning English, but at the same time other learners benefit in many ways.’
