New Technologies in the Classroom

Who is in control of the classroom? ‘Teachers: Technology is a tool, not a replacement. But educators say nothing can replace the type of learning that occurs in the classroom. Many professors post class information, such as homework and lecture outlines, on the Internet. At Duke University, freshmen are given iPods so they may download a class lecture verbatim.’
